Cancellation / Refund Policy

At Virtual Flow, we strive to ensure transparency in our service policies. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made through Virtual Flow are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed and the service is initiated, cancellations or refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

2. Service Cancellation by Virtual Flow
In cases where Virtual Flow is unable to fulfill a service due to operational or legal restrictions, we will either:

Offer an alternative virtual office location (if applicable).
Provide a full refund if no alternative is available.

3. Exchange Policy for GST Registration Issues
If a customer’s GST registration is rejected due to an issue with the provided virtual office address, Virtual Flow may offer a one-time exchange to another available location, subject to:

Verification of the rejection reason.
Availability of alternate office locations.
Submission of a new application within 7 days of the initial rejection.

Customers must submit proof of rejection from the GST department to be eligible for this exchange.

4. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team at info@virtualflow.in before initiating a dispute with their bank or payment provider.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination and a ban from future purchases.

5. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

A double payment was made due to a technical issue.
The service could not be delivered due to unforeseen legal or regulatory changes.
An incorrect amount was charged due to a billing error.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction, with supporting proof. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
